The most amazing vacation home. Kids loved all the things that were offered at the house. Very clean. Communication was excellent. Steven replied rapidly and addressed questions we had and sent someone quickly to adjust the temperature in the pool room. The scenery was beautiful. Everything was exactly as pictured online. A definite 10+.

Our family had a marvelous time. It was a beautiful home with lots to do for everyone. The best part was the tremendous views from the balconies at all levels. We also had bears visit on multiple days, including a momma bear and her four cubs. Easy travel into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
